Kitchen staging can make or break the sale of your home. Since people and their families spend a lot of time in their kitchens, it's important to make every detail in yours count. Refrigerators are very large and, therefore, grab attention. They can do this in a positive or negative way, so make sure yours gets it right! Use the home cleaning tips below to get your fridge on the right track.

Step 1. Remove all family photographs, magnets, notes, shopping lists and artwork from the face of your refrigerator. Everything must go! This should not be the part of the house that makes viewers' attention stick.

Step 2. Scrub it down. Ensure that there is no dirt or grime and once it's clean, polish it. When you first bought it at the store, it looked inviting and beautiful, right? It should be returned to this condition before showing your house.

Step 3. You may not think that the inside of your fridge is very important but you'd be surprised at how many potential buyers will poke around in unexpected and seemingly unimportant areas. Remove all the items in your refrigerator and wash it down. This is also a good time to throw out any rotten food! Place an open box of baking soda in the back to keep it smelling fresh. Then put everything that's left back onto the shelves in a neat and orderly way. Place some attractive bottles of water and fresh fruit in the front to please the eye and nose. You should never be afraid of where your guests might take a peek.
