If you don't want to spend the time and money to replace your bathroom tiling, try updating it by giving it a paint makeover. Use a high-adhesion primer as your base coat, then cover this with a special ceramic epoxy. This will freshen up the entire bathroom and give it a whole new look that will impress buyers.

If you have surface mold on your walls, it can be a big turn-off for potential buyers. However, there is an easy solution to this all to common problem. Mix one part water with one part bleach in a spray bottle and spray down the affected area. Then simply let the solution work it's magic! You may then want to go one step further by giving your walls a new coat of paint to finish off the job.

Shower doors tend to accumulate grime build-up. To solve this unattractive problem, simply mix one part muriatic acid with ten parts water and scrub this into the grime with a piece of steel wool. Detach the door for easy maneuvering. Once you've finished scrubbing the door, wipe it down and re-attach it. Behold! Your brand new shower door! This is a much cheaper alternative to replacing it.
